Qualification:
- Min. S1 graduate from reputable university, preferably S2 graduate with major in Communication /Marketing /Management
- Ability to connect the trends with media touch points
- Knowledge on Media buying and planning

Qualification:

Qualification:
- Able to plan & develop execution strategy, manage, giving guidance, coordination with regional sales area, including budgeting, measuring result and reporting to the stakeholders. - Experience : Understand principle of marketing communication, brand building and retail management. Have experience in handling below the line and its execution especially in retail store. Will be valuable if it’s experience from telecommunication / fast moving consumer goods industry
- Skills: Understand consumer behavior, shopper marketing, marketing communication & branding principles. Strong in database and excel format, analysis, & reporting. Good skills in presentation, verbal & written communication.

- Understand the KPI Distributor & how to achieve by providing initiatives and guidance to Distributor.
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales & marketing area, preferably from FMCG / Telco.
- Having leadership skill, communication skill, territorial management, trade marketing.

- Skills: Familiar with any Inventory or Warehouse Application, Able to operate Computer, Barcode, Hand pallet, Communication and reporting, Good skill in MS Office Suites
